bongiorno client letter 23 march

Written by bongiorno group

peace of mind calls are on us

To our valued clients,

There is no doubt that we are entering unchartered waters over the next few months and so we wanted to reach out and let you know that our team at the Bongiorno Group are here for you.

Most of us have been working from home since the 13th of March with the remainder of the office transitioning across soon. We are well prepared in being able to continue to help you with all your insurance, tax, finance and financial planning needs during this time.

For the time being, we have substituted face to face meetings with online Zoom, Skype or phone meetings.

We encourage you to call us with any queries you may have as it’s very important that you make the right financial decisions during this period.

Please rest assured that there will be no fee associated with these ‘peace of mind’ calls or Zoom/Skype meetings. Our commitment at the Bongiorno Group is to keep your financial wellbeing on track and guide you through these uncertain times to the best of our ability.

To book a meeting or a phone call, please contact your adviser or their EA directly.

Last night the second stage of the Federal Government’s Stimulus Package was announced and there were also Stimulus Packages announced by the State Government. By close of business on Tuesday and once we have assessed these packages, we will send you details of the changes and what they mean to you.

We wish you all well during this difficult period, you can rest assured that we will be here to support you through it.

For those of you who are working the front line of this insidious virus, please stay safe and our thoughts are with you every day.

At the end of this period, we will all be judged by our behaviour at a time of extreme stress.

Kind regards,

The Bongiorno team
